1. Right to Cancel

  • You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used for the Order.
  • You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Note: Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or a restocking fee may apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products removed from their sealed packaging (e.g., software, earphones, gift cards if activated)
  • Perishable goods (if any)
  • Items sold “as is” or marked final sale

7. Gift Card Policy
