2. Currency and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
- Final payable amount—including product price, GST, shipping charges, and any other fees—will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
3. Payment Authorization & Confirmation

- The gateway performs real‑time authorization to verify your payment details and ensure sufficient funds.
3. Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, you will receive:

- A confirmation email and/or SMS with your invoice and order summary
4. Payment Security

5. Failed or Pending Payments
- If your payment fails or remains pending, you will be notified immediately on the Website and via email/SMS.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
(Optional — remove if not applicable)
- COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30-₹60 applies.
- Please have exact change ready; our delivery partner cannot provide change.
7. Invoicing and Records
- A digital tax invoice (GST-compliant) will be emailed to you after successful payment.
- You can also download your invoice from your account dashboard under “Order History.”
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
- For refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
- In case of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you may raise a chargeback with your card issuer.
- We reserve the right to investigate and, if necessary, cancel any order suspected of fraud.
